Makes: 2 pizzas
Ingredients
For the dough:
300g strong plain flour
7g instant yeast (quick rise)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon olive oil
200ml lukewarm water
For the topping:
4 tablespoons simple tomato sauce
200g SMUG Dairy Grated Cheese
2 tablespoons sweet caramelised onion chutney
6 thin slices of prosciutto
A handful of rocket to serve (optional)

Once the dough has risen, preheat the oven to 220ºC – 230ºC. Transfer the risen dough onto a floured surface and divide into two portions. Using a rolling pin, roll out each portion into a circle or rectangle, the size of your baking sheet. Place the flattened dough on a non-stick baking sheet.

Bake the pizzas for 12-15 minutes or until the dough turns crisp.

Once done, drizzle the pizza with a bit of olive oil and add fresh rocket before serving.
